The lowest point within the masterplan has been creatively transformed into a wetland environment that prevents local flooding and creates a beautiful parkland to explore, walk the dog, or stretch before a morning jog. Connected by a boardwalk loop that sits above the seasonal waterline, this green space is abundant with native grasses and flowering plants.
