Stages 2 and 3 are taking shape, with road sub-base works laid and kerb construction now complete as these stages move towards completion in the coming months. Stages 4 and 5 are also progressing well, with earthworks completed and sewer and drainage infrastructure installed.

Despite recent rain, works remain on track, with Stage 6 set to commence this month. Once underway, Hilltops will have more than 200 future home sites either completed or under construction.

We’re also excited to share that Council has granted Development Approval for a further 114 lots, supporting the continued growth of the community.

Planning is also progressing for the future Hilltops Town Centre, and we look forward to sharing more updates as they become available.

The first homes in Stage 1 are now under construction, marking an exciting moment for the development as the neighbourhood begins to come to life.

Stage 8 has also reached a major milestone, with civil works complete and titles now registered. We look forward to welcoming an additional 26 new residents to the Hilltops community.

Despite some extreme weather earlier this year, Stages 2 and 3 are continuing to progress well. Essential services are now in place and road construction is underway, while retaining walls are being installed to create flatter, more functional lots for purchasers.

Looking ahead, Stages 4 & 5 have received Council approval and Civil Contract has been awarded to allow works to commence in the coming weeks. Planning is also underway for the community’s future park, with works anticipated to begin later this year. This new green space will provide a central place for residents to relax and connect.
