Despite some extreme weather earlier this year, Stages 2 and 3 are continuing to progress well. Essential services are now in place and road construction is underway, while retaining walls are being installed to create flatter, more functional lots for purchasers.

Looking ahead, Stages 4 & 5 have received Council approval and Civil Contract has been awarded to allow works to commence in the coming weeks. Planning is also underway for the community’s future park, with works anticipated to begin later this year. This new green space will provide a central place for residents to relax and connect.

Settlements of our first lots are due to commence shortly, welcoming our first residents to the community Landscaping is now complete, featuring approximately 100 new trees and over 10,000 plants, bringing a fresh, vibrant atmosphere to the streets and open spaces.

Stage 8 is in its final weeks, with construction anticipated to finish by mid-December. All essential services are in place, including concrete footpaths, kerbs, road base, and retaining walls. The final asphalt and road line markings will complete the infrastructure, readying the stage for its future residents.

Meanwhile, Stages 2 and 3 are taking shape with significant earthworks, moving over 100,000 cubic metres of soil to form the base for 62 future homesites. Work has also begun on the wetland and sewer infrastructure, which will service large parts of the estate and support its long-term sustainability.

Works along Kerr Road are also progressing, with minor widening underway. A new central median will soon create a future tree-lined boulevard, setting the tone for a welcoming, green entrance into the estate.
In the weeks ahead, retaining walls and lot benching will be completed, creating level, build-ready sites for homes to rise.

Site works have also officially kicked off in Stage 8, which will deliver 30 new residential allotments. Earthworks have commenced, and the first services, including sewer and water are set to be installed over the coming month.  Construction is currently tracking for completion in late 2025, with title registration expected early in the new year in subject to weather and site conditions.
